Offshore development styles

Depending on the nature of projects, clients’ plan and request, we will use the most suitable development model among offshore, nearshore, and onsite.

1. Resident in Vietnam
In this style, a client side project manager (PM) will be resident in Vietnam and he or she will form the organization of the project locally in Vietnam. This system facilitates communication because the client can take the initiative and give instructions directly at the development site.
2. Remote style
In this style, the client side project manager (PM) will direct and supervise the development team in Vietnam from Japan. It’s a system where the client can still take the initiative, and also be able to enjoy all the benefits of offshore cost savings with centralized overseas development resources.
3. BrSE resident
In this style, the Bridge System Engineer (BrSE) of SystemSquare or WorldFusion will be resident in the client’s office, he or she will take care of requirement confirmation, and also direct and supervise the development team in Vietnam. (SE resident)
Being able to have meetings and reviews directly with the client can help in giving accurate instructions to the development team in Vietnam.
4. Entrustment agreement
WorldFusion and SystemSquare (Japan) will take care of everything from design to development.
